A complete building restoration service

Based in Swanage, Dorset and covering much of the south coast, Aedificium Conservation can provide the complete restoration and conservation service. We are able to manage the project from the beginning through to completion and can organise and arrange everything involved including Surveys, Planning Applications, Listed Building Consent and Structural Calculations.

We can provide our own detailed architectural plans or are as equally at home working from drawings provided independently by other professionals, or on your own instructions. We can source and supply all relevant construction and finishing materials and create a timetable of works to your satisfaction.
